Communication, collaboration and reflection – in a professionally facilitated framework that enables growth and supports lasting change.
Group dynamics workshop for team development
To constructively address challenging situations within a team, I offer a group dynamics workshop for team development together with trainer Johann Aufleger.
The goal is to create a framework in which participants can openly reflect on their current work situation and develop new perspectives on collaboration, communication and roles within the team. This fosters a deeper mutual understanding – and a solid foundation for how the team works together going forward.
The training team
Ulrike Dietmann MAS – Lead-Trainerin
Academic Business Trainer & University Lecturer. Responsible for the conception, management and facilitation of the workshop.
Johann Aufleger – Trainer
Supports the workshop as an experienced co-trainer and brings additional group dynamics perspective to the process.

A framework that enables growth
No standard programme – every training is developed in dialogue with the organisation and its people.
The path to the workshop
- Preliminary meeting at your premises
In a joint on-site conversation, we sharpen the objectives and focus of the workshop. We shed light on the current situation and identify relevant topics and areas of tension.
- Agreeing on the Framework Together
What supports the process, and what should be consciously avoided? We clarify these questions together in advance – creating the foundation for an effective workshop.
"Change does not begin with a new process. It begins with an honest conversation." – Ulrike Dietmann MAS
Further Training Formats
In addition to the group dynamics workshop, I offer further training formats that can be flexibly tailored to your situation:
- Organisational development
Structures that grow. Processes that work. Teams that move forward – support that goes beyond a single workshop. - Change management
Shaping change in a human way – with sensitivity for the people and structure for the process. - Communication & rhetoric
Speaking clearly, presenting with confidence, handling difficult conversations with composure – for greater impact in professional life. - Conflict facilitation
When tensions within a team become entrenched: I facilitate difficult conversations in a neutral and solution-oriented way.
