The Enabler
I connect people, processes and digital systems.

Digital solutions only work when the people behind them are on board.
I make sure that implementations not only succeed technically – but truly land.

Many software implementations fail not because of the technology, but because of the people who are meant to use it. Lack of training, unclear processes, insufficient acceptance – these are the real obstacles. I support organisations from process analysis through individual software adaptation to staff training. The focus is not only on technical workflows, but above all on the people who work with them every day. I identify problems in application and can recognise and optimise workflows – before they become visible in day-to-day operations.

My 4-step process

  1. Process analysis & needs assessment
I analyse existing workflows and identify the specific needs – before a single line is configured.
  2. Software adaptation & configuration
Digital systems are adapted to the real workflows of the organisation – not the other way around.
  3. Staff Training
Practical training that speaks the language of the people involved – no technical jargon, just clear and understandable guidance.
  4. Ongoing Support & Follow-up
After implementation I remain available – for questions, adjustments and optimisations in day-to-day operations.

Practical example
A concrete example from my work: the implementation of digital access systems in mountain sports regions. Staff who work with guests every day need to be able to operate new systems safely and independently. I support these organisations from system configuration through to the complete training of all staff members.
