As a university lecturer, I develop the ability to think clearly, argue in a structured way and persuade in discussions – competencies that are needed every day in professional life.

I teach Discussion & argumentation skills – the ability to communicate clearly in complex situations, to represent one's viewpoint and to engage in constructive discussion. These competencies are not soft add-on skills – they are the foundation of every successful collaboration, every negotiation and every leadership situation.
What I teach at the FH Salzburg – University of Applied Sciences flows directly into my training and software onboarding sessions. And vice versa: practical experience from organisations enriches my seminars.
